Featuring six virtuoso guitarists from four countries, California Guitar Trio (CGT) and Montreal Guitar Trio (MG3) turn over 40 years of combined performing experience into one unique six-by-6-string “phenomensemble.” Combining CGT’s steel strings with MG3's nylon-stringed guitars, the trios chase each other’s fret boards in energetic and infectious arrangements that fuse progressive rock with world, jazz, and classical music, from Bach's TOCCATA AND FUGUE to Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody.”
