About
Shepley gets a kick out of the witty and wisdom-filled lyrics from the 1920s, ’30s and ’40s. She and her musical partner/pianist Ron Roy specialize in little-known tunes from this era, and they perform these gems and well-loved standards in venues throughout New England and in New York City. They were the first U.S. musicians to record an album of lyricist Fran Landesman’s collaborations with Simon Wallace.
